Raw Pawtential dog training believes in raising a well-rounded and balanced dog using dynamic methods that fit the handler's expectations and the dog in front of us. We aim to advocate handlers to create clear communication, manage expectations, and build management skills to live a more harmonious lifestyle with their dog(s). Tools we use to develop clarity with the dogs are; a strong marker system, food, play, praise/affection, drive, spatial pressure, collar, muzzle, leash, slip lead, clicker/marker, training collars (Herm Sprenger Prong Collars), and remote collars. Using these modern tools, we can create new behavior patterns while considering ethics, efficacy & feasibility. Allows the dogs to perform asked behaviors consistently while not breaking their motivation and joy. Building reliable patterns will make you and your dogs more confident, as communication will be clear and predictable.
